Idea:

The main idea is to explore everyday life, work and free time of our grand-grandparents, who lived in a country side. Activities are interesting and physically not very depending.

 

Introduction [1 x 15 min]

Depending on how well you know each other we will start with an ice breaker or energizer which will also help us to split you into smaller teams.

Activities [6x 20 min]

Price includes 6 activities, each requires team work and collaboration. You can pick from the following:

Nailing - "Nageln"

Traditional pub game from Alps. Try to nail with the narrow side of an hammer.

Fire breaking

You will make a fire without matches or lighter, using only tinder box.

Pint holding

Slovak man must be strong and especially in pub games. Your task will be to hold a pint of beer in one stretched hand as long as possible.

Wheelbarrow race

You will be carrying your team mates across the field in a wheelbarrow. The fastest team wins.

Folk pantomime

Classical pantomime, but you will be trying to explain traditional sayings and weather lores.

Slingshot

Try to shoot as many tins with traditional slingshot, popular toy among boys in past.

Log toss

This activity requires strength and technique, toss a log as far as possible.

Evaluation (20 min)

All activities are marked, and teams win points. Instructors collect the results nad evaluate the best team.
